If you really want to lose weight this year than you need to eat more fruits and vegetables. That’s the bottom line, and this is so important for so many reasons. Fruits and vegetables are ?two high fiber high volume food groups that ?are packed with healthy weapons to help fight off free radicals.
Free radicals are cells in your body that are not healthy and as we age we tend to create more and more of them. ?One of the ways to help defend yourself from these unhealthy cells and cell damage is to fight the war internally with healthy foods. By increasing these two food groups your body will be able to go to war internally for you and help decrease?the damage that is happening inside your body. When we think of weight loss we tend to place a lot of emphasis on the results we are getting externally, however, the most important results really need to be emphasised on whats happening internally. We can’t see what’s happening inside our bodies, yet, ?it’s internally results are very important. ?If we focus on eating 7 servings of fruits and vegetables a day than we will lose weight and also decrease cell damage. That is how powerful healthy eating is and how powerful implementing these powerful antioxidants to fight the war on cell damage really is. ?So get create with recipes, and ideas to eat more of these two food groups. ?Help your family to become more pro-active with increasing their fruits and vegetables too. After all if you want to live a long life, it starts with what you eat and there fore the choices you make can shorten your life or lengthen it.
