February is National Heart disease awareness month and it is important?that all women know?about the dangers of this? disease. ?Heart disease is very real and is the ?leading causes of death for women of all ages. Did you know that 80% of cardio?problems can be?prevented by making healthy lifestyle changes?
Did you know that 90% of women have ?one ?or more risk factors for developing heart disease? Did you know that heart disease kills about 1 women every minute? Did you know that heart disease kills more women than men??Unfortunately, ?a lot of women do not know the reality about heart disease and how deadly?it is. If you are a mesomorph?body-type (?this is the apple-shape body-type) you’re risk level increases greatly. If you are the this body-type and are over-weight than it is very important to get started on an exercise program immediately. Getting? on a exercise program that includes: cardio, weight training, and stretching could save your life.?It is also important to get on a healthy eating program and do it daily. With the mesomorph body-type you carry your body-fat in your upper body and?around your mid-section?and this extra body-fat is around your heart,?which is the most important muscle in your body. This post isn’t to scare any of you reading it, yet to help motivate you into action today! You must include exercise daily, cardio should be?done 30 min. a day 5 day’s a week. If you can’t do it all at once do it in sections, 10 min. in the morning 10 min. at lunch and 10 min. in the evening. At the end of the day your cardio time all ends up in your cardio bank. Strength training should be?done twice a week on two separate?day’s with at least 48 hours in-between workouts. Stretching should be?done daily for about 5 min. You can prevent yourself ?from this deadly disease, yet it takes effort. Your life is? important ?to do something ?healthy daily. Eat clean, drink lots of water and be consistant with your workouts. If you are a mesomorph body-type you can lose weight and your risk level will go down. If you are the other body-types ectomorph, endomorph and meso-endomorph you are not out of the woods either. So get busy, and get moving!
