Get ready for Summer with outdoor workouts!

June is a great month to get ready for summer and to begin to really think about getting in a bathing suit. Here are some great tips to help you get there by July. Pick three day’s per week for the next four weeks and do what I call a Cardio Spilt workout training program.? Do some form of outdoor cardio for 30 min. in the early am hours, this will keep your metabolism stay elevated for the day as well has help you burn body-fat all day long. Then in the evening? do 30 mins. of? cardio. Some great ideas would be a power-walking,? running, rollerblading, swimming, tennis, racket-ball, basketball,? or a bike ride. Remember the idea here is to do move your body twice a day, three day’s a week. On the other day’s do a resistance training workout with the Med’s Band. Do your cardio workout like this for a month and then also add resistance training in-between your cardio day’s, this is really? the best weight-loss combo you can do to get? great results. Stay the course and watch your body get leaner, stronger? and toner by July 4th.

You can do it. Write your workout’s in your planer in PEN and make no-excuses to miss them, NO MATTER WHAT,? for the next 4 weeks. If you can find a buddy to workout with you that would be a great motivator. Having a buddy is really fun, and also very effective in helping you stay on task with your training.

Remember no-one can exercise for you only you can do that for yourself. But I believe you can become a healthier person and have a better mental attitude for everything else in your life if you exercise. If you feel good about yourself? from the inside out then your self-esteem shows and you have a healthy glow about you. Internal results are the best kind you can have and doing this workout this month can give you just that. Happy Training!
