November is a month full of so many wonderful things! Such as, ?Saints Day, Election Day,?we have a full moon day, ?Daylight Saving Time Ends and we fall back one hour on? the 7th. On?the?11th we have Veterans Day, and on 25th we have my most ?favorite Holiday of the year, Thanksgiving Day!
Wow, what a month full of so many events, the?time change, remembrance of our vets,?and making the time to get to the polls and fill out our ballets,? helps?us all ?to remember the importance of?living in this wonderful country, we?call America?are homeland. ?When we look around we see so many beautiful colors ?of ?leaves on the trees and we begin to enjoy the crispness of the air?we feel, and ?the?coolness of the fall weather coming.??But what is one of the most amazing things of the month of November is that families get together. ?Yes, indeed November is the month to really be grateful for so many things in our lives! But what matters most to me is my relationship with God,?family and friends.?My prayer for you this Thanksgiving?season is to take the time to be with the ones you love ?most! ?Enjoy great conversations, good food, and give and receive?lots of hugs. After all, we are making another memory this Thanksgiving, one that we will cherish forever. So make your Thanksgiving 2010 the best one ever and don’t forget to take some pictures of the ones you love, ?so you can up-load them to face book or shutterfly?and have lots of fun sharing your special day with others.

Mix in a blender until frothy:
1. 1 package of no-sugar instant hot chocolate mix
2. 1 cup chilled coffee of your choice
3. 1/2 banana
