Stacy Rae Mednick is the owner of O.C. Fitness Mama a personal training and health coaching business located in Huntington Beach, California. She is a respected personal trainer, educator, presenter, high performance coach and motivational speaker. Stacy Rae is an inspiration to anyone who is genuinely ready to create positive change in their world. Over the past thirty years, Stacy Rae has used a unique style of personal training to help women get in shape, stay in shape and feel better about their bodies. Through her training technique, Stacy Rae Mednick’s Body Type Workout System “Fit & Fabulous at 40 and Beyond,” she designs a custom workout routine for each client’s specific body type. She is the proud mother of three boys, is married and loves living in Huntington Beach, CA.

Stacy Rae aims to empower women who suffer from poor self-esteem and body image onto a path of self-discovery from the inside out. It is her mission to help her clients achieve a healthy lifestyle and positive self-esteem. She happily serves the community of Huntington Beach, California through workshops and lectures as well as volunteering at churches, schools, senior centers, corporations and gyms. One of her greatest avenues of giving back to her community is through volunteering at the Heritage House of Costa Mesa, a center for women that provides rehabilitation treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. First hand, Stacy Rae has seen this admirable program change the lives of women as well as their children.
