Merry Christmas 2012

Merry Christmas 2012

As I reflect back on this year I realize more than ever that family is more important than anything. Our families our the corner-stone of our lives. However, our health is too and without good health we cannot enjoy our families to the fullest. If you are not taking good care of your health then eventually disease and illness may fall upon you.

Many diseases are preventable…cancer is 2/3 preventable through good nutrition and exercise…and well as type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, and many other diseases. I urge you this next year going into 2013 to not make any silly New Year’s Resolution’s but to make a healthy goal of adding exercise and healthy eating into of your life. It takes 21 day’s to make a habit and 21 day’s to break a habit. If you focus on eating healthy & adding exercise to your day starting in January, by the 21st of the month you could have instilled a new wonderful & healthy habit. This is a great way for you to start your year off in the right direction with training yourself to implement new healthy habits instead of focusing on things that may really be unrealistic and unreasonable. This new lifestyle goal is attainable and realistic too.

The best gift you can give yourself and your family this holiday season is the gift of taking control of your health for you and your family. By you taking care of yourself? & your health you will then be able to teach the rest of your family to take better care of themselves. Spending time with your family and taking them grocery shopping, cooking together and exercising together is a great way to be healthy together. Taking time to create healthy habits together will mean you will have long happy life together. Health and happiness is free and priceless & sometimes the best gifts in life are FREE.

This holiday season I pray your time with your families is time well spent. Bonding with another and loving one another. Tell your family how much you love them and how much they mean to you, make them a feel special and hold them tight and let them know that they are your EVERYTHING!

Have a wonderful Holiday Season this year & Merry Christmas to you.

I look forward to motivating you in 2013 and giving you the courage to be you and only you.

Blessings,
