Move more…Eat less!

Move more eat less! It seems simple right? It really is, just try it and see what happens. You have nothing to lose but possibly some weight. So go for it and let me know what happens. I love hearing your comments on my site.

Losing weight really isn’t that complex as it might seem. We women make it complex and complicated... we seem to do that with a lot of things. I know I’m a woman and I do it too. So I would like to suggest that you try to start moving your body one small step at a time, especially if your new to exercise. Try a gentle walking program first by walking around the block for 10 min and when that feels comfortable add on 5 more minutes until you reach 30 min total. Move more eat less, it just might be what you looking for to reach your goals. Keep it simple, weight loss doesn’t have to be complicated or painful you just have to start. So start and try to take it one walk at a time, one day at a time until you reach 21 day’s and it becomes a habit. There is a sane that say’s it takes 21 day’s to break a habit and 21 day’s to make a habit. Try taking? a daily walk and making it a healthy habit and you will not only lose weight, but you will have more energy and feel better.Remember exercise is a lifestyle, it is not a sprint,? but a marathon… you didn’t gain weight overnight so take it slow be patient? and just get started that’s the hardest part of all. If you stop start again, but don’t quit…don’t ever quit…
