This class is a great addition to our schedule of personal training, small group training (SGT) and our other group classes. Yoga have many benefits and one of them is increasing flexibility which is something that all women need more of. It is often the last thing women do and the first thing to be pushed to the back end of any workout…Often times being left out all together.
