I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the “fitness” you helped me accomplish.

I came to you with sciatic nerve problems and a goal to become strong and balanced. I have reached this goal and regret that I must take a break from regular training at this time. I have a strong base of knowledge to continue and know that I can call on you when needed. I have learned so much about my body, training techniques and my own determination. Thank you again!?
