Small group personal training is a great way to get the attention you need with a personal trainer, but also have the support from other women that help encourage and support you. I have found this to be true with my women clients that I work with.
Over the years my small group personal training business has increased a lot and for many reasons.? Not everyone can afford working with a trainer? one on one, ? so working in a small group 4-6 women at a time is a great way to share the cost of a trainer, and also have the instruction and coaching that is required to get results. Over the years my clients have loved working with other women and have enjoyed the fellowship and the accountability that comes from being in a group. I have watched my clients form friendships, get results and have fun while working out together. Creating outside friendships from the gym is a great way to have a buddy to walk with and keep up the cardio sessions in be-tween the small group sessions.?
