She is a respected personal trainer, educator, presenter, high performance coach and motivational speaker. Stacy Rae aims to empower women who suffer from poor self-esteem and body image onto a path of self-discovery from the inside out. It is her mission to help her clients achieve a healthy lifestyle and positive self-esteem. She happily serves the community of Huntington Beach, California through workshops and lectures as well as volunteering at churches, schools, senior centers, corporations and gyms. One of her greatest avenues of giving back to her community is through volunteering at the Heritage House of Costa Mesa, a center for women that provides rehabilitation treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. First hand, Stacy Rae has seen this admirable program change the lives of women as well as their children.

Hello my name is Stacey Dee Leyva .I have been a fitness instructor for 14 years, and although I have a background in rehabilitative exercise I enjoy working with all walks of life. I have worked with marathon runners, bodybuilders, tri athletes, post-rehab, prenatal-post natal, elderly, overworked, and over sedentary clients. I have a very functional approach to training which emphasizes postural alignment, core integrity strengthening, and overall efficiency of the human body. This in turn leads to better posture, healthy body fat & lean body mass ratio, high core integrity, better balance, and a stronger fitter you!
I am a mother of a daughter in college and 2 boys 11 & 13. I enjoy extreme sports. I am a member of Sisters of shred skateboarding organization, an avid surfer, ride motocross, snowboarding, I enjoy running, and am passionate about impacting the lives of others in a positive way.
I am also a Piloxing Instructor which is a fun yet challenging mixture of barefoot boxing and stand up pilates movements. This class helps improve balance, core strength and integrity but also its an amazing cardio workout!
