You are what you eat!

You are what you eat is so true! The choices that we make on a daily basis are very important to our health, bodies, energy level and insides. If we eat a lot of fruits, veggies, & complex carbohydrates are bodies are going to have lots of energy and we will be increasing our fiber too.

We need about 35% of our diet to come from fiber and if we are not eating that on a daily basis? we can set ourselves up for all kinds of disease. With a healthy eating plan of all the food groups daily we can be on our way to feeling FANTASTIC? & also help to PREVENT DISEASE. After all health & fitness are about prevention and that includes what you eat & drink.?
